Bradley W. Glover – President/CEO
Brad is a founding partner of Twin Bridge Consulting Group (TBCG) and is responsible for the business
development activities along with business solution delivery to clients. Brad has over 18 years of
experience in the IT industry and specializes in managing and delivering enterprise decision support
systems along with integrated enterprise business intelligence solutions. Brad's industry experience
includes government, health care, and the hospitality and leisure vertical. Since Brad founded TBCG in
September 2003, TBCG has been involved with local business and community events since that time.
Michael MacDonald – VP Information Solutions
Michael has spent twelve years in the information technology field working in a variety of environments
but his strength is in data warehousing. He has been involved in all aspects of data warehouse development
including design and modeling, data acquisition, ETL development, database and data mart delivery and
post-production support. Michael has worked with Oracle and SQL Server databases on both Windows and Unix
platforms utilizing ETL tools such as Oracle’s Warehouse Builder and Cognos’ DecisionStream. He has data
warehousing experience in several diverse industries including healthcare, finance and telecommunications.
Michael also has a solid background in process definition and process improvement, and holds a certification
as an SEI CMM assessor. He is an active member of the Data Warehouse Institute.
Paul Thibideau – Director BI Delivery
Paul is a senior consultant with over eight years experience in the information technology field.
Paul has been an integral member of several projects in many different capacities. He has completed hands
on business intelligence application development, including report design and development, semantic layer
design and implementation, metadata layer interfaces, and building multi-dimensional cubes. He also lead a
multi-disciplinary development team. Paul has worked with SQL Server databases on Windows utilizing ETL
tools such as Microsoft’s SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Cognos’ DecisionStream/Data Manager.
Currently Paul is involved with various data warehousing and business intelligence projects.
He has data warehousing experience in government, health care, and the hospitality and leisure vertical.
